Resumo

Objetivo. Avaliar as propriedades psicométricas de um instrumento projetado para medir o ambiente de trabalho na prática de cuidados de enfermagem. Método. Um estudo metodológico de quatro fases: 1) desenvolvimento e elaboração de itens, 2) validade facial e de conteúdo por especialistas, 3) teste piloto, 4) validade de construto e confiabilidade. Resultados. ENLASA-Enfermagem é um instrumento composto por 59 itens divididos em duas partes. Parte A: dimensão de componentes estruturais organizacionais e parte B: dimensão de processos organizacionais. Os resultados obtidos permitiram classificar cada parte como satisfatória em termos de validade facial e de conteúdo, com consistência interna satisfatória e com uma estrutura interna que reconheceu os elementos conceituais de um ambiente de trabalho saudável que sustentam seu conteúdo. Conclusões. ENLASA-Enfermagem é um instrumento válido e confiável, promissor para pesquisa e avaliação de ambientes de trabalho saudáveis para enfermeiros clínicos no ambiente hospitalar na Colômbia.
