This article reports the On-constitucionalization of law as legal phenomenon increased in the economic private law especially in the insurance law, on behalf of jurisprudential rulings of the Constitutional Court that they have limited economic freedoms, this in order to provide inputs for their defense. They are granted jurisprudential lines for limiting economic freedoms will become apparent. Finally, the article brings an example of constitutionalization of insurance law, on behalf of the beneficiary designation to legal title colleagues and spouses of the same sex, in life insurance, in order to gauge the phenomenon of constitutionalization in a case that although not entirely resolved, gives interpretive guidelines to unravel clear legal answers to this problem. Plus some additional comments around the agricultural insurance, potential, limits and interdisciplinary research needs are left, to the development of this, which may be an important branch in some years.
